Crispy and spicy Fish kabab

Ingredients of Crispy and spicy Fish kabab - 4 Servings

  • 4 slices fish
  • 2 cloves
  • Few cinnamon
  • few coriander leaves
  • 1 inch ginger chopped
  • 12 garlic cloves
  • ½ tsp garam masala
  • ½ tsp fish masala
  • 2 tsp red chilli powder
  • red food colour
  • salt for taste
  • 2 tsp corn flour
  • oil for deep frying

Step 1

In a jar add cinnamon, cloves, coriander leaves, garlic, ginger, some water and grind it, make paste


Step 2

In a mixing bowl, add grinded paste, corn flour, red chilli powder, salt, fish kabab powder, garam masala, food colour add water little by little and mix well


Step 3

Heat oil in a frying pan, apply masala paste to the fish slices all around


Step 4

Put into hot oil and fry for 1-2 minutes each side, rotate and fry both sides


Step 5

Take out and dry on a kitchen paper
